We had a romantic escape and stayed in a hotel with excellent staff and breakfast. We loved that it was close to the park and relaxing to take peaceful walks in nature. The spa centre was also an added advantage, offering a serene and calming atmosphere.
Our room did not have a kitchenette or a balcony, which we would have preferred. the shower was small and water easily flooded the floor.

The shower in some rooms does not have a screen, leading to easily flooded floors.

The hot water in the shower was nice and the breakfast was decent. the hotel was in a good location not too far from the town center, and the free Wi-Fi was a lifesaver when we were bored.
Our Christmas stay was not the relaxing break we had hoped for. the room was far too small for two people and the bed was uncomfortable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The hospitality of the staff, especially Sandra and Daniel, was extraordinary. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options including fruits, sweets, juices, coffee. The underground garage was really convenient for parking my car, and the hotel's location next to the park made for lovely walks. The wellness and spa center, while not large, was tranquil and useful. I also appreciated the proximity to the Europa Therme and Johannesbad Therme.
